J. WARREN FRAZER, ESQ.
J. Warren Frazer, Esq. (“Warren”), has been an independent contractor affiliated exclusively with Ligman Martin since January, 2009. Prior to joining the firm he acquired valuable courtroom experience working for one of Florida’s largest law firms in defense of commercial and residential property insurers. With the benefit of that knowledge, Warren strives to make sure that the clients of Ligman Martin receive the maximum benefits of their rights under their insurance policies, and that insurance companies live up to all of their contractual and equitable obligations.
A graduate of Spanish River High School in Boca Raton and a veteran of the United States Army, Warren has been a resident of South Florida since 1981 and has lived in Miami-Dade County since graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Advertising in 1994. After six years in Coral Gables as an advertising copywriter and creative director, Warren returned to the University of Florida for law school and then came “home” to Miami to go to work as a civil litigator in 2003.
At Ligman Martin, Warren handles all types of disputed property insurance claims, big and small, and is one of the firm’s designated specialists for handling cases that are litigated in federal court due to the insurance company being headquartered out of state and the amount of the claim being larger than $75,000.00. With the help of his bilingual, longtime legal assistant, Tiffany Zwick, who has worked with him since he came to the firm, Warren ensures that all clients, including those who speak primarily Spanish, are always kept fully informed about the progress of their cases.
