EEXPERIENCE

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Frow attended the United States Merchant Marine Academy and travelled the world with the merchant fleet as part of this training.  He later went on to obtain a bachelor’s of history from FIU where he was president of the Phi Alpha Theta history honor society.  He was a history teacher for Miami Dade Public Schools until deciding to pursue the law.  While at St. Thomas School of Law Mr. Frow was a member of the Dean’s List, Phi Delta Phi International Honor Society, Phi Alpha Delta Honor Society, Vice President of the Maritime Law Society, and received the book award for criminal law and legal history.  He took advantage of the St. Thomas study abroad program to travel to the Netherlands to study Comparative Water Rights Law, and Spain to study Comparative Law and International Copyright.  As an attorney he has been both defense counsel for major insurance companies, and an advocate for insureds.  He has been involved in homeowner’s insurance litigation since his internships in law school, showing a dedication to the field.  As a young attorney he has taken a matter all the way to trial, through to verdict.  He has handled, and successfully resolved, almost every type of loss a homeowner can face. He brings a careful, critical thinking, approach to all cases to help ensure that clients obtain the maximum benefits of their rights under their insurance policies.
